What Information Is Needed to Size an Environmental Remediation System?
The more complete the project information is, the more accurately Mako Industries can help identify an appropriate equipment configuration. Preliminary information is still useful when final design values are not yet available.
Recommended Project Information
- Contaminants of concern and expected concentration ranges
- Vapor airflow in CFM or water flow in GPM
- Required inlet vacuum, discharge pressure, or injection pressure
- Expected temperature, humidity, moisture, and particulate loading
- Treatment goals and allowable discharge limits
- Available electrical service, fuel, water, compressed air, and other utilities
- Site elevation, climate, access, footprint, noise, and enclosure requirements
- Required controls, alarms, telemetry, sampling ports, and instrumentation
- Expected operating schedule and total project duration
- Desired purchase, rental, or lease arrangement
- Required delivery or mobilization date
Pilot-study data, laboratory results, process-flow diagrams, permit conditions, and specifications from the environmental consultant or engineer can also be helpful.
